Refund Process

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services operated by AximPulse, located at Calle de Colón, 23, Piso 4B — 46004, Valencia, Valencia, España, España.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

Payment terms will be specified in each project agreement. Typically, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables. AximPulse retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Pre-existing code, frameworks, and tools remain the property of AximPulse.

5. Limitation of Liability

AximPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Valencia, Spain.
